Terms & Conditions

You and your traveling companions are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following tour booking terms and conditions. Khine Myal Myanmar Travels & Tours shall be referred to as “Company” in the terms and conditions below.


When a ticket, tour or other service is booked , KMM sends an email confirming the booking, with a booking reference number. All bookings must be made through an authorized representative of the Company. At the time of booking the Company booking form must be completed and submitted together with a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking. Travel vouchers and tickets will be mailed upon receipt of final payment. Group reservations and certain tours/packages may have different payment due dates, date change fees and cancellation fees. In the event that the balance is not paid by the due date, KMM Travels & Tours reserves the right to cancel the reservation and a cancellation fee will be applicable.


If you will book the tour before arrival in 30days. You should pay the full payment. We will collect the 100% and non -refundable for cancel booking.


The balance of the Price is due not later than four weeks prior to on arrival. Deposit and Full payment terms are outlined on your invoice. Payments can be made by bank transfer (issued in USD) or Credit card payments are accepted the Visa / Master Card (Credit surcharge is 3.5% will be added to the original tour package price). Payment producer will be send to your mail by Khine Myal Myanmar Travels and Tours. Please see as per following the our company bank detail.

Note: Except tour package, 100% of the total amount must be made for all other services including flight, bus, river cruise and car rental upon confirmation and it is non- refundable.


If you cancel your booking you must be made in writing and acknowledge by Khine Myal Myanmar Travels and Tours. The amount of this charge will vary depending on when the cancellation is made and the terms and conditions of the supplier of travel services.

As the company is dealing with several hotels and transportation or tour services, the company will have to practice the same cancellation policies of such hotels and services. Some hotels and cruise services required full payment upon confirmation of the service and have a policy to pay from 10% to lose of full payment if cancelled less than 60-days prior to the commencement of the services. In such case, the company will try the best to negotiate to get the maximum possible amount of refund.


In case of cancellation by client side, the client or agent will have to pay the cancellation fees (as mentioned below)

– 45 days prior to tour 50% of the tour cost

-20 days prior to tour 75% of the tour cost

-Less than 10 days prior to tour 100% of the tour cost

In the case of changes in our suppliers’ policies, Khine Myal Myanmar Travels & Tours Co., Ltd reserves the right to alter the cancellation policy accordingly.


A 75% of adult fare will be charged for the children under 12 years old sharing room with parent. Infant 2 years and younger will be charged some% of adult fare according to Airline.


Any special requests such as special meals, dietary requirements, adjoining rooms, accommodation requirements, etc. shall be communicated to the Company upon making a reservation. Please note, however, that such requests are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.


Lost/damaged baggage is the responsibility of the supplier not Khine Myal Myanmar Travels and Tours.


Khine Myal Myanmar Travels and Tours is not responsible for excess baggage charges.


Khine Myal Myanmar travels & Tours offers access to many optional products and services to enhance every travel experience. Options such as travel insurance protect passengers and their investment. Unless specifically noted, travel insurance is not included in the cost of customer’s itinerary to protect against third party medical emergency transportation/evacuation & repatriation, baggage & personal effects/lost luggage & baggage delay, illness, job loss protection and change of plans, accidental death and disability, travel accident/sickness medical expenses, and more. proper insurance may protect you from financial loss in almost all circumstances. Without appropriate travel insurance, customer understands and agrees that if Customer cancels or interrupts Customer’s travel for any reason, portions of the trip/tour may not be refunded and Khine Myal Myanmar Travels and travels supplier cancellation penalties will apply resulting in the loss of monies up to the full cost of Customer’s travel booking and related costs.


As we communicate mostly through email. Please make sure your email address is correct or in case we need your telephone or facsimile as communication is not always reliable, please supply us.


The protection of your personal information or data is extremely important to us. In order to respond to an inquiry, process and fulfil your booking or send you a brochure or other promotional material, we need to collect personal data from you. We will only process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy for or in connection with the purpose for which you have provided it (for example, arranging your holiday) as permitted by data protection laws. Our Privacy Policy can be found here. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details. You and your personal data will be protected by Khine Myal Myanmar Travels & Tours. Our company is a data controller of your personal data and not pass your data onto third parties without your expressed consent. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized or unlawful processing of personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of or damage to, personal data, which is appropriate to the harm that might result. Your personal data will be retained by us for the period referred to in our Privacy Policy.

You may ask us what personal data of yours are being held or processed, for what purpose and to whom it may be or has been disclosed. You may also withdraw your consent to receiving marketing material or other communications from us at any time by unsubscribing to our e-mails or otherwise contacting us.
